Terms of Use Agreement

Thank you for your interest in Math-Done ("Math-Done," "we," "us," "our") and our math-learning platform (the "Application"). This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our website, math-done.com (the "Site"), and the Application (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use or continue to access the Services.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES

The Math-Done platform is intended for students and educators to practice and improve mathematical skills. We are not responsible for monitoring any information you submit through the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with the terms of this Agreement and any applicable laws while using the Services.

If you are under the legal age to form a binding contract (typically 18 years old), your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to this Agreement on your behalf. If you allow a minor to use the Services, you accept full responsibility for their use and any consequences arising from it.

YOUR MATH-DONE ACCOUNT

You must create an account using an email or a Google Account to use certain features of the Services. We reserve the right to disable any account that does not comply with our policies.

Your Math-Done account is personal to you and may not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

PRIVACY

We collect, store, and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

USER CONTENT

You may submit solutions, images, or other content ("User Content") through the Services. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, distribute, and modify it as part of providing the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content but acknowledge that we may process it through AI tools for educational purposes.

We do not pre-screen User Content but reserve the right to remove content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

AI-BASED EVALUATION

All exercise solutions submitted through the Services are evaluated using artificial intelligence (AI). While we strive to provide accurate assessments, we do not guarantee that the evaluations will always be correct or ideal. Users are encouraged to provide feedback on any inaccuracies, and we will work continuously to improve our AI models.

Additionally, there may be occasional issues with the exercise data itself. If you notice any errors or inconsistencies, please notify us, and we will address and correct them as soon as possible.

LICENSE TO USE THE SERVICES

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement. You may not:

Share or sell access to the Services.
Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Services.
Upload malicious code, spam, or violate intellectual property rights.

USAGE LIMITATIONS

We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or uninterrupted access. You are responsible for any third-party fees related to your access to the Services (e.g., internet provider costs).

OUR RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time without liability to you. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the Services remain our exclusive property.

DISCLAIMERS

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility, or that the Services will meet your requirements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid in the last 6 months or 290 MDL.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Math-Done harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services, including violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. You may also discontinue use of the Services at any time.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Math-Done operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to update this Agreement. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
